During your appointment, our travel health expert will have a short consultation to determine the vaccination which are required/recommended for your travel destination. It is recommended that you bring your vaccination/immunisation history with you to your appointment. Also, if you have a list of your medications, please bring this with you. The healthcare professional will access the suitability of the various vaccination for you based on your medical history and vaccination history.
It is recommended that you book your travel vaccination in advance to ensure that there is enough time for you to complete the full course of the recommended vaccinations. Some vaccinations have multiple doses, many weeks apart. For this reason, it is best to book your vaccination appointment 6-8 weeks prior to your travel. Some vaccination also take 2-4 weeks to have an effect so it is best practice to book you appointment in advance.
